I don't know if anyonr even goes on these forums anymore, but I figured i'd just throw this post in here in case anyone wants to read or add anything i've missed.
What the original has over the rewritten:
Easy to load projects: you just need to point and click on the project name not try and remember what the id was.
Doors/lights: Although they're a bitch to get working (no one tells you that you need to put the button sprites and door sprites into your project's folder or else they don't display), but they're present.
Toxicity meter for mask: I personally don't like this, and i don't like it more since it was actually a cut feature from FNAF 2, but if you like it, it's here.
Developer mode: Editing things via code can be VERY helpful. Programming language is Lua (i believe).
Rewritten version's pros:
Music Box mechanic and audio lure: Some of my fav mechanics from FNAF 2 and 3 are here and working properly. Unfortunately, you cannot make certain cameras have audio lure, and you can't speed up the music box with the animatronic AI setting, nor does it increase in speed as the night progresses (tested).
Camera coding is simplified: You no longer need to put "animatronics:(name)" for the camera states. You simply type the name of the animatronic and make sure it's the EXACT same. Capitalization is important.
Menu is cleaner: everything's overlapping on the engine i'm using.
If anyone has questions i'll try my best to answer them.
Stupid question here, but is there any way to get the older versions with doors?
